What should I do if I want to delete a comment on a phone number?

I never signed up with this but apparently if you are browsing while using your data on your phone you can inadvertently click on something which then enables them to charge you - I am with Vodafone and on my last bill they charged me €15 and my daughter is with Three and they charged her €18 - This is a scam
