'Jamtara Global': Indian WhatsApp users flooded with spam calls
These spam calls with international numbers, mostly from African and Southeast Asian countries, along with fake messages from unknown users, have flooded WhatsApp and Indians have nowhere to go but Twitter to share their ordeal.

I am very angry at the moment because there has been an extra 30 Euros taken from my bank account . I am with network provider 3. I complained to Comrad and they told me to contact you. I was lead to believe by your company that I won a Tesco voucher for 750 Euros. you told me all I had to do to claim the prize was reply. However , instead I have been scammed of 30 Euros. I am shocked and angry and would like my money back. I have spoken to a solicitor and if you I am refused a refund, I will take legal action. I am surviving on 188 Euros a week and it is criminal that I should be mislead in this way. My number is 087301300, email.. brendanfranklin38@yahoo.com. Please refund me what is mine

I rang Vodafone to cancel this number and they gave me this message to ring the number myself to cancel them. I also requested a refund to which they replied I shall receive an email in 3 days to arrange one.
Message off Vodafone,
"Dear Customer, the direct number for the service is: 019038309. and Email: help@umelimited.com. Thanks!"

Absolute scam, I dont know how they got my number, I have not subscribed to any of their service. And keep getting messages from them on a monthly basis. €15 each time. The company name is UME Limited. Help@umelimited.ie is the email address. I looked for a full refund. They offered 50% refund. I said no, I want a full refund and I got it. The same thing happened in january, I went through the same process about getting my refund.
There are people out there that would not follow it it. My advise follow it up and make a complaint to Comreg.

They used up around 30 euros from my account so far. No response from comreg and my mobile company saying they can't help me with this issue. What can i do now?
