What should I do if I want to delete a comment on a phone number?

I was caught with this scam - I fell for the AER Lingus flight draw, I wanted to visit my son and grandchildren in Canada - I only top up my vodafone by 10 euros each month, I'm a pensioner.
They have taken all my credit, cleaned it out, and if I put more in to send the stop text message, then they will take another 7.50 or maybe more....I don't know what to do now.

I work in telecoms and the amount of customers I get in complaining about this number is phenomenal, comreg can't do anything and service providers can't block them from charging people.

Hi
I am very angry at the moment because there has been an extra 30 Euros taken from my bank account . I am with network provider 3. I complained to Comrad and they told me to contact you. I was lead to believe by your company that I won a Tesco voucher for 750 Euros. you told me all I had to do to claim the prize was reply. However , instead I have been scammed of 30 Euros. I am shocked and angry and would like my money back. I have spoken to a solicitor and if you I am refused a refund, I will take legal action. I think if everyone was prepared to donate a small amount of money to fund a legal case against all the phone providers as they are basically providing your money to these scammers and are very obviously in breach of numerous data and confidentiality laws with regard to the information they are providing to these people.
These scams can only occur with the co-operation of the phone provider,they have to be in on these scams,surely they can filter and block these numbers,they can refuse to hand over funds,there are numerous things they can do and their loyalty should be to you their customer and they should ensure you are not scammed by facilitating these scams.The providers are the conduit for these scams and in reality they should carry the can for any costs arising from unsolicited charges on your account.
It is time the public took back control and challenge these providers in court and look for compensation.They will very quickly change their attitude.
