What should I do if I want to delete a comment on a phone number?

A complete scam which keeps pestering. It will take 7.50euro every week supposedly for the chance to win Tesco vouchers.I have repeatedly tried to "unsubscribe" without success. It comes through Vodafone as a reverse charge call. I have given no permission for a reverse charge call. I have blocked the number from calling me but I still receive texts which are very persistent. I want it to stop.
