What should I do if I want to delete a comment on a phone number?

Got charged a total of €37.00 on top of my normal phone bill the past 2 months! Absoultey fuming as I did not ever use this number 57976! I'm trying to get my mobile provider to shed some light on it. Would be grateful for any information on how to stop it etc.
