What should I do if I want to delete a comment on a phone number?

I responded to what appeared to be a Tesco offer and have had over €7 taken from my vodafone account twice weekly since!the number 57976 comes up as the recipient of all my hard earned cash...I have tried to block the number and deleted the messages,but the money is still taken from my account....what can you do to stop my money beimg stolen??? HELP....
