What should I do if I want to delete a comment on a phone number?
In case a comment contains derogatory language or claims that can generally be regarded as lies, inform us via email at phonenumbers.ie@ or by mail at our address:

Took 15e of my credit yesterday bombarding my phone with text messages had never subscribed to this service total scam. How are Comreg allowing these thieves get away with this and service providers are telling their customers to contact these scammers to stop subscription and getting refund back from them as not their responsibility is another disgrace.

I didn't even subscribe to anything but I have suddenly been sent a load of texts which i have been charged 2 euro each for them which is scandalous.
I phoned the helpline number which were not very helpful and I had to wait 15 minutes before anyone answered which is another scam in my opinion
They have stopped the subscription at least so they say I am now waiting for a call back to get a refund but I am not going to hold my breath

vodafone custcare say:
text STOP (w/ capitals) to 57976 to stop receiving "premium text"... I say you mean scam text...
They: I subscribed to some premium text (which I didn't) by clicking on some link. I deny this, as its not true.
They say its a "3rd party company they cannot act" and say I must call 1 800 218 081 to ask for refund. Number doesn't work.
Call voda again. I told them number doesnt work. Now they say they try to contact them and then transfer me to them
After 10-12 minutes listening to music they finally talk again... They say "we'll transfer me to them but they will put me on "hold" for "few" minutes as well
now i'm waiting 10 more minute listening: "thank you for holding we know your time is valuable"
22 minutes on phone in total..

-First you can unsubscribe me from the your premium texts for start that I never subscribed. Second You can refund my money that your company scammed from me.
-Ok I can do that for you! (lol, wtf.. he not even deny its a scam)

"Freetext: You are now unsubscribed from all our services"
15 minutes later
"You have been billed for using the RealGirls service. For further information click ..." (interesting cos my balance is 81 cents there is nothing left to be scammed)

This number sent 6 texts to my phone.I did not text them .I saw the charge of over 12 Euro on my bill and rang my provider.they said to ring 019038309 to get the money back.it's a criminal scam going on under everyones noses.Got no answer.

I been changed 38 euro this month got an email address from 3 to make a case but the email address doesn't work it such a scam I am thinking of changing my mobile number as the told me in 3 that it would stop me getting text I have sent stop to this number but it not responding
