What should I do if I want to delete a comment on a phone number?

They took 65.92 from my phone i hadnt checked my phone bill since dec'16. rang com reg and they gave me a number and email address to contact(Pfi.me)ring they told me i was been billed from them. i dont know where to go from here. I think they should be reported to Guards also.

Scam. These thieves sent ne three quick texts @2.03 each. Rang Vodafone who knew all about it but said they coulld not stop them. Vodafone then called them (01 9038309) on a three-way call and the thieves asked for my email and said they would contact me within two days about a refund. One of my workmates said he got caught for 12€ and they wanted his bank account number for the refund. Of course he did not do that Thieves and fraudsters.

Just got a bill with this number on it didn't agree to any contract. It's a pure scam will be contacting Tesco mobile to get this number blocked immediately and I will be following up with comreg too.

Got €34 taken off our DD. Did not sign up to any contract or agreement at all, just using phone in a normal way. Not sure as to how legally binding contracts work on the phone but certainly nobody clicked to agree to anything or provided a phone number to anyone on the phone or agree for the money to be taken.

57976 had €48 taken on me between 27 Dec and 14Jan before I saw what was happening. I contacted Meteor who said they cant stop them but advised me to txt STOP to 57976 and contact ComReg. They did stop taking money but I since received 2 different txts trying to lure me in again..one was that I have a video from a friend and the other was offering me Tesco Vouchers. If I had clicked the link they would have taken my money again.
I contacted ComRe who referred me to TxtNation
TxtNation contact email is .. help@pfi.me, who have answered me anonymously and told me they are the Billing Platform and not the Content Provider so cant do anything but did tell me that the Content Provider is a company called Text Global.
