SCAM! This number called, said his name was Norman (def not!) and said he was calling about a Windows refund. This is a scam. This guy did not realize that he called a computer repair company to try to pull this scam on us. Please everyone- Microsoft will not call you to try to sell you something or refund something!

I just got a call from this number at my job and he said his name was Norman (it clearly wasn't) and he said he was calling about my Windows refund (?). He told me to turn on my computer (which was already on) and then yelled at me to speak louder even though I wasn't talking at that time. I yelled back at him and asked what company he was with and he yelled something I couldn't understand so I hung up. Definitely a scammer.

Today I got called by this number, on the other line was a english speaking guy with an indian accent telling me that this is "a check up call for your microsoft computer". I had this exact same phonecall about 1-2 years ago. I tried to get some infos out of him, for example which microsoft computer or who it would belong to. he didnt answer. so in the end he hung up on me with a "go to hell"

Have already been scammed by these awful painful bunch of callers... This was over a year ago and I still receive calls at least every month.. Huge list of blocked numbers now...
