I was called on this number regarding an inspection of my property to see if landlord is meeting their obligations. Caller with what seemed to be an Indian accent identified himself as calling on behalf of Dun Laoighaire and Rathdown County Council. I asked him to send email and to cc property management company. No email has been received. I know ORS has been contracted to check properties, yet I am unconvinced that this is the case here.
