Who creates the database and how is the trustworthiness of the comments ensured?
The phone number database and ratings are created by the users themselves. They can add their reviews either through the website or through the Call Insider app.
Comments are posted by the users of the website anonymously, so it is not possible to ensure their 100% trustworthiness. We, of course, get requests to remove comments on phone numbers stating that they are a tool of competition and they have been fabricated. We, therefore, reserve the right to delete comments or even disable comments for a particular number.
Every user can deactivate any comment until the moderators deal with it. Just click the bin icon in the bottom right corner, fill in a short form and confirm the email address where a statement on how the moderators dealt with the comment will be sent.

Vodafone collections and debt services. When you purchase broadband for over 1 year you own the rights to the modem and the information it contains. They're a nuisance call saving money and taking personal data.

Got a phonecall from this number asking to collect an old modem on behalf of Vodafone. Caller didn't state his name or where he was calling from. He did have my previous address but I don't live there anymore and told him I'd leave the modem into a Vodafone shop. He did not ask for any personal details.

They want to collect my Vodafone modem. Contacted with Vodafone Customer Service. They check my account and said it cannot happened by Vodafone. No sense to collect my modem. Also there was not a sign about call like that to my account. Be carefull.

I got same call from this number today about old modem, from.nearly 2 years ago. Am going to check it out with Vodafone, seems strange.

They called asking if they could collect an old Vodafone broadband box which would they say we should have had about one year ago. Wonder why they waited a year?? Sounds a little 'iffy' to me and I blocked their number
