Beware of this New Visa Scam Phone Call!
I groggily answered the ringing phone at 6am, and was alarmed to hear an official-sounding robotic voice. “This is the alert system with Visa (or Mastercard) account services!” It went on to tell me that there were two suspicious charges to my Visa card.

Received a text supposedly from Rbs saying they needed to verify recent activity on my debit card which is now blocked. They included a phone number and said t bey would send me the details. 2 actual transactions and one for Edumaxitereosingalong sayin it was declined. Never did anything as suspected a scam.

Its a scam call pretending to be The Royal Bank!!! They refer to revent transactions and ask you to confirm them. Hang up immediately.
