What should I do if I want to delete a comment on a phone number?

A troll from Dzhumaylivka is spamming your site. This troll is a staunch hater of everything Ukrainian and a fan of a humanoid. This creature has no face, instead having empty blue eye sockets and a red gap where its mouth should be. In its nightmares, it calls itself Babay. It calls its victims "restless souls" and calls them to itself. The troll itself scams websites and spams other people's numbers. It lives on the Dzhumaylivka farmstead, at 24 Stepanov Brothers Street. The cult of Babay, the very same one who frightens and wants to take souls, is also there.
