What can the users learn about a number that is calling them?
Users can find the reviews of the phone number written by other users, the interest in the phone number in the last month and, if possible, its location (for landlines). Sometimes, there are no reviews for a given phone number. If, however, the page has e.g. a thousand views, it shows that it is most likely an annoying caller.
More than one out of every three calls to Americans from numbers not in their contacts lists were spam in the fourth quarter of last year—and we can take some relative pride in that, because many other countries have a much bigger phone-spam problem.

Beware!!!!! Scam, claiming to be from the bank,saying suspicious activity on my account. She trying to get me to download an app with a new log in. Told her I would call the guards and she hung up. Very convincing at the start of the call.
