Who creates the database and how is the trustworthiness of the comments ensured?
The phone number database and ratings are created by the users themselves. They can add their reviews either through the website or through the Call Insider app.
Comments are posted by the users of the website anonymously, so it is not possible to ensure their 100% trustworthiness. We, therefore, reserve the right to delete comments or even disable comments for a particular number.
Every user can deactivate any comment until the moderators deal with it. Just click the bin icon in the bottom right corner, fill in a short form and confirm the email address where a statement on how the moderators dealt with the comment will be sent.
