I had the same thing last night with this number . Mine was a little later in the morning. it could be the time zone. I am on the west coast and so depending on others location could account for the difference in time I am an insomniac and so I was awake I did not recognize the number and so I did not answer it. if they call tonight I am going to answer it. reason being: . unless they have international calling, they are not expecting anyone to answer the phone at the time they are calling. I am hoping to give them a present of a phone bill. .Best wishes all do caller id to make sure who is calling you. be aware, be safe.

Called my cell phone number at 1:41 a.m and again at 2:10 a.m. Rang a few times, woke me up. No message left. Saw it was a number from Morocco.
