The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) will launch a digital consent authorisation (DCA) platform in the next two-three months to accelerate the process of getting consumer consent on the distributed ledger technology platform (DLT) mandated by the regulator to stem pesky calls and messages.

Along with this number (012232393) check out another entry for 012232359 which is coming from a similar company - financial stock exchange investment which seems a bit bogus to be cold calling people. Would suggest to reject and block the number.
