What can the users learn about a number that is calling them?
Users can find the reviews of the phone number written by other users, the interest in the phone number in the last month and, if possible, its location (for landlines). Sometimes, there are no reviews for a given phone number. If, however, the page has e.g. a thousand views, it shows that it is most likely an annoying caller.

They constantly asked for repetition and confirmation of answers and data. Be careful, don't answer with yes or no, and don't repeat anything.

Man on the phone asked to be transferred to one of our directors. He said that he was talking to him and that our director gave him our main office number to call and have him transferred so they could discuss an interesting article (?). I asked him, "you said you spoke to him, so why didn't you discuss the interesting article then". Told him that I will not transfer him.
Called back 20 seconds later. Told them to never call us again and take our company of their list. It is a US number calling at 9.30 AM UK time, and the person had an Indian accent. Definitely had call centre noises in the background.

Company trying to con people to inadvertently add their data to a database, appear to be willing to use public information and fabricate stories about previous contact with directors etc. to advance their dishonest agenda.
