I am TPS registered on my mobiles too, but still get lots of calls starting 0206. I never answer numbers I don't know and block then ASAP. Prefix 0206 does not exist, I think call centres covering their real numbers. I am often tempted to give them as good as they get. A good one say it's a M.O.D. classified number keep them on the line but get them to get their manager, give them a grilling and tell them and all the companies that distributed number down the line get it removed. Don't have time just block them lol.
